• Venus: How do I forget someone?

  Rog: hahaha... I'm the wrong person to ask my dear.... the problem is, you're too nice.... and too idealistic for my views.... but... I'll give it to ya straight... right here.... we can break it down into different tactics:

  1. The nice person I - you can't have any contact with this person what so ever.  No phone calls, no IMs, no email, no visits.... etc... take his number off your phone... remove all his pictures... take everything that reminds you of him and throw it in a box.... if you hang out with people that knows him, ask them to not bring him up or say his name.... avoid him at all costs... don't let him know anything about you... and don't dig for anything about him.... keep this up for few months.... it may take 2 - 24... haahaha.. but it all depends on your emotional commitment to him.... stick to this... and you'll eventually forget about him.
  2. The nice person II - immerse your actvites around your friends and family.  Stay busy.  Go out with your girls.  Have fun and don't give yourself a chance to think about him.
  3. The Payback Artist - find someone that looks just like him... nail him... and dump him....
  4. The Escape Artist - go to a bar, club, party, etc... get wasted... drink some liquid courage let it all go.... take some chemicals to stimulate your mood.... do this on a 4 times a week basis till you forget about him or become broke.... i would suggest wed, thursday, friday, sat nights.... remember that Sunday night of a 3 day weekend is the best night to go out.... this method may cause you to also become the payback artist... watch out for this phenomena....
  5. The Rebound - that's right.... rebound... also linked to the payback and escape artists.... this is my favorite method... at my age and experience, you realize the strategic importance of a rebound person.... sure you want to be the nice person... "I don't want to hurt anyone"  "I wouldn' do that cause I don't want it done to me."  Well... I have bad news for you... you either already have been or will be a rebound for someone else.... might as well join in ... hahhaha.... this method is great because it brings instant gratification for losing someone.... ideally, you pick someone you don't know... hopefully they're rebounding too... have your fun.... you get in an arguement.... then you never see that person again... it's great for getting over long term relationships.... DO NOT GET EMOTIONALLY ATTACHED TO THIS PERSON!!!

  I would say since you're novice to the ways of the real world, take it slow.  1 and 2 can be done concurrently.  If still unsuccessful, try method 4 in an event with involving people from method 2.  Beware that method 3 may be a result of a 2/4 combination.  If method 3 is achieved, you have been given a method 5 opportunity.  Use it.... lol... good luck....
